An initiative by My Karma Foundation to empower underprivileged women by providing free training in Computers, Stitching, and ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education). We aim to equip them with essential skills, help them build careers, and become financially independent.

Across our communities, countless women possess the determination and strength to support their families—but are held back by a lack of skills and opportunity. My Karma Foundation launched PRATIBHAA to change that.

Through this initiative, we provide free skill development courses such as:

  • Basic Computer Training

  • Stitching & Tailoring

  • ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education)

Our goal is not only to teach, but to enable real, lasting change. We ensure every woman trained through PRATIBHAA is supported in finding job opportunities or starting her own small business—helping her become self-reliant and confident.
